Everyone begins at the 1.5mg starter dose, so your first month is at the lower end of the range regardless of where you eventually settle. The Wegovy pill is not currently available on NHS Scotland — it is a private prescription medicine while its NHS funding is decided by the Scottish Medicines Consortium. Prescriptions are free in Scotland, so NHS access would remove the cost entirely for eligible patients if it is approved in future.
